Current need includes a program specialist to provide services via telehealth and at least 2 days a week on site in Bloomington.
Mileage reimbursement is included ($0.
55 per mile) for commutes to Bloomington.

Responsibilities: * Demonstrated mastery over the BACB Task List 5th Ed items.
* Demonstrate professionalism and comply with the BACB's _Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts_.
* Provide behavioral skills training (modeling, observation, feedback) with RBT staff.
* Provide RBT supervision (minimum of 5% of RBT hours per month).
* Perform weekly staff observations and integrity assessments.
* Create skill acquisition programs (NET-centered).
* Develop and assign the creation of program stimulus (non-billable task for Lead RBTs).
* Updated client data sheets and skill acquisition program targets.
* Update client goals on a quarterly basis.
* Perform parent training sessions.
* Weekly meetings with the Clinical Director.
* Provide tele-health support to clinic staff (as needed basis) as assigned.
* Submit professional clinical documentation daily.
