As the Big Woods Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for Big Woods Restaurants.
You will lead our marketing efforts and collaborate closely with senior management to ensure that our marketing endeavors align with our business goals and objectives.
Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a clear and cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the Big Woods vision and goals.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Big Woods brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email campaigns, online advertising, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Traditional Marketing: Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as print media, direct mail, and local partnerships to reach a diverse audience.
Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive press coverage and reviews.
Event Promotion: Create and promote events, promotions, and special offers to attract and retain customers.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies as needed.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of proven experience in restaurant marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and consumer behavior.
