About the Role:
The role of Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for fostering positive interactions, supporting community initiates, and enhancing MSFN’s reputation within the areas it serves.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience.
1st Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and plans to engage with the community, including organizing events, workshops, and forums to educate and connect with local residents.
Collaborate with local organizations, schools, businesses, and community groups to create partnerships and sponsorships that benefit both MSFN and the community.
Work with Marketing team to create content and materials to promote MSFN’s services and initiatives within the community.
This could involve social media campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and advertising targeted at the local area.
Act as a liaison between MSFN and community members, addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Initiate and support projects that contribute to the community's well-being, such as digital literacy programs, technology workshops, or initiatives to bridge the digital divide.
Plan and execute community events sponsored or hosted by MSFN, fostering a sense of community involvement and goodwill.
Represent MSFN at public events, meetings, and conferences, and serve as a spokesperson for the company in community-related matters.
Gather and analyze data related to community engagement efforts to measure the impact and effectiveness of various initiatives.
Address any community-related issues or crises that may arise, working to resolve conflicts or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Advocate for the needs and interests of the local community within MSFN, ensuring that company policies and decisions consider community perspectives.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Key Qualifications:
HSD, or equivalent education, is required.
High School Diploma, or equivalent education, required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields, preferred.
2-5 years’ experience in project management, account management, data reporting, customer relations, or similar experience, preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and One Note)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
