*Director of Business Development*
The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing and implementing a robust business development strategy which is designed to provide meaningful opportunities for partnerships with Landmark Recovery.
Individuals that typically thrive in the role have a self-starter personality, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to perform in a high-pressure sales environment.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Develop, implement, and monitor success of all local market Business Development Reps.
* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community resources that support recovery efforts (e.
g.
halfway houses or sober living).
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales training and onboarding program.
* Collaborate with Directors of Alumni and Volunteer Services to coordinate BDM presence at community events.
* Region consists of up to 4 markets.
* Perform sales research and planning
* Up to 75% travel and attendance at evening and/or weekend activities, meetings, events, seminars, and workshops is anticipated with this role.

*EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:*
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Minimum 2 years in community facing role preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience.
* Experience coordinating volunteers is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.
