You will be responsible for understanding their insurance needs to recommend the products that will help them protect what matters most to them.
Your prior experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of various insurance policies and products will ensure that you are able to provide the best experience to our clients.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (or ability to obtain)
A Life Insurance license is preferred.
