Shift Leader or Sales Associate (Style Encore Bloomington)

Do you love fashion? Are you passionate about sustainable fashion? Style Encore Bloomington is an upscale resale boutique that buys and sells women's business and casual apparel, shoes, jewelry and handbags.
Looking for style conscious, customer service oriented sales and stylists.
Ideal candidates will have flexible availability with opening for days, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include: buying, selling, merchandising, working with social media, uploading products online assisting customers on the floor and helping them find complete looks that compliment them inventory/stock management opening/closing registers and day Must be able to function well in a fast-paced, fun work environment.
Preference given to candidates who have a strong fashion sense and a skill to assist ladies finding fashions that fit their life.
Candidate should have great customer service skills.
Compensation based on position and experience and employee discount offered.
