The Davis Academy of Music is seeking a Brand Manager - Sales Engineer, with special focus areas based on applicants areas of expertise.
The DAoM's mission is that, "it's never too late to learn to play a musical instrument".
Therefore, our heart is to find people who feel as if they have missed out on learning to play music when they were younger.
So, we are looking for excited and self-motivated people to join our team to help us grow and create new products to serve our clients.
Some of the marketing and sales tasks including sowing seeds by :
-Going to events to promote our brand, find new clients, respond to emails and phone calls, then close the sale and sign up new clients.
- Develop and execute brand strategies to meet company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for brand growth and recommend strategic initiatives
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
Experience:
-Music experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools
