Inside/Outside Sales Executive

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications: - HVAC experience - Experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology sales - Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary, commission, and bonuses.
