Indiana Gratings, Inc.
is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative! We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, works effectively in a team environment and can deliver quality service to our customers.
You will provide estimates and resolve any questions and/or concerns for customers as well as offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Organization and Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are both, must need skills.

*Role and Responsibilities*
_Goal:_ To become knowledgeable on our offerings and provide quality customer service to our customers with the best communication and organization possible.
_General Description:_ Inside Sales Representative.
Receive sales calls and emails from customer requesting a quote.
Take-off drawings and prepare quotes for customers.
Follow up with customers who have received quotes.
Write up and prepare any orders received to be sent to the shop for fabrication.
Track quotes/orders using CRM software and excel provided by Indiana Gratings, Inc.
_Job Duties:_
· Service existing accounts, quote existing customers, obtain orders, establish new accounts from inbound calls and requests.
· Track quotes/orders for monthly quotas
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
· Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
Previous experience in sales, customer service or, other related fields preferred.
Provide 3 or more professional references.
*Preferred Skills*
Familiar with CRM platforms/Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong mathematics/geometry skills.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
