*Leasing Consultant*
We are a Locally-owned Property Management company with long-term employees, a great work environment, and commitment to green living.
We are looking for a few employees to join our team, working in a small office environment and helping to manage a diverse resident body.
Prior apartment experience is not required, but candidate must have strong customer service, office skills and sales skills.
Looking for 2 people- one person to work 16 hours a week (2 days 9am-5pm) and another person to work 24 hours a week (3 days 9am-5pm).
It's helpful if these days are consecutive, as in one person works Monday/Tues/Wed and the next person comes in and works Thursday/Friday- BUT if that doesn't mesh with your schedules between the 2 new people we can work it out.
Very occasional weekend appointments & additional hours as necessary (not often).
This position reports to the Property Manager.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Leasing- Handle phone calls, emails, schedule tours, follow up, etc.
, assist new residents in the application, approval process, and lease signing, ensure vacant apartments are in mint condition and move-in ready, assist with move in appointments and pre-walks of units before an arrival, assist Property Manager with marketing outreach and other day to day activities.
* Resident Relations- Maintain elite customer service, positive and approachable attitude, clear communication, and connect with people in a genuine way, monitor past-due balances monthly, and prepare late notices once a month, assist in enforcing community guidelines, receiving and follow-up with work orders
* Administrative- Ensure that lease files are complete and in the right place, answers a shared leasing email and returns phone calls promptly
* Green Initiative- Some projects may arise where you'll spearhead getting quotes for eco-friendly renovation materials or help with resident education if we roll out a new green amenity.
