The American Camp Association® (ACA) is a national nonprofit organization serving the more than 15,000 year-round and summer camps in the US that annually serve 26 million campers.

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate.
Someone who is driven to go above and beyond to assist our members, provide good customer service, and work on the processing team in-person at our headquarters in Martinsville at Bradford Woods.
*What would you do if hired?* • Provide excellent customer service, to both internal and external customers via email and answering phone calls.
• Receive, prepare, verify, and process incoming payments.
• Data entry, filing, prepare applications for processing, and update buyer’s guide listings.
• Assist with Immediate Corrective Action process for accreditation visits.
• Create, update, and maintain accounts and records, and set-up all professional development and accreditation meetings and events in the CRM system.
• Maintain electronic and paper documentation including scanning, emailing, filing documents, and other tasks related to maintaining records.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation including proper signatories, filing, scanning, and document retention.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to other teams as needed.
*What are we looking for in a candidate?* • High School Diploma.
• Two years of experience in administration, data entry, customer service, and/or accounting.
• Team player.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Experience with Microsoft CRM or similar database.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to use a postage machine and scanner.
• Ability to work within the ACA’s normal hours of operation of 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
