The Client Service Executive will assist Client Executives in managing a book of Global Risk Management Hylant clients (5-8 clients)- this includes providing strategic direction and advice, retaining and growing the book and managing the service team.
The CSE will work with Risk Advisors and other co-workers in placing and issuing P&C coverages for existing and new clients.
Specific knowledge of property and casualty in the large to middle market insurance space is required in this position to provide the highest level of support to the Client Executive in the handling of new and renewal business.
The Client Service Executive acts as a positive role model in terms of work ethic, a training resource, and advocate for Hylant goals and objectives with a high demonstration of all Hylant core values.
This position requires extensive interaction with internal and external clients, while continuing to grow and develop coverage knowledge and professionalism to the highest level possible.
Knowledge of international insurance is preferable.

In This Role You Will Execute On: Work closely with Client Executives and Risk Advisors to cultivate relationships and support sales efforts including RFPS written and oral presentations Identify cross selling opportunities on existing and new accounts and support all Hylant divisions with account rounding- Captives, MATS, benefits, consultative services, RMIS systems, technology, claims and other product lines Attend client networking events, industry functions and speaking engagements representing Hylant as a brand ambassador Client/ Prospect travel and entertainment Support CE in BSA / Fee negotiations, track hours for yourself and support the team Manage transition and onboarding process for new clients Help establish and implement the client engagement strategy (renewals, proposals, stewardship) and service plans for designated clients and ensure the entire team executes on plan Lead the renewal process: set team expectations with/ for Risk Advisors RA and service teams and ensure execution.
Manage communication flow- internal and external open items, direct proposals, allocations, policy reviews, stewardship, coordination of Hylant Global, manuals and insurance schedules Maintain consistent and continuous communication with teams and clients Responsible for negotiation and placement of lines not placed by RA or Service Advise on client coverage issues and contract reviews In collaboration with claims, maintain contracts with client service providers or vendors – RMIS, TPAs Demonstrate the ability to master all responsibilities outlined in the position and ability to mentor others in the CSE role for succession planning Act as a role model for GRM and assist in the coordination, development and implementation of training programs Assume necessary responsibilities during the absence and/or request of the Client Executive Other projects as determine In This Role You Will Need: 8-10 years of experience in brokerage, risk management, underwriting or consulting required Adhere to Hylant Core Values (Family, Hard Work, Honesty, Respect and Empathy) Emotional intelligence, ability to pivot and adapt to client needs Sense of urgency and commitment, curiosity and growth mindset, can-do attitude, team approach Ability to lead with influence, multitask, prioritize, and delegate Offer support and mentoring of team members Exceptional working and technical knowledge of the insurance industry, property and casualty lines and insurance marketplace Understands impact of income statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, S&P ratings, Moody’s Ratings, etc.
