FRONT DESK AGENT Best Western Edinburgh - Edinburgh, IN HOURS: Part time- 16-24 hours \*3rd shift 11pm-7am/2nd shift 3pm-11pm \*Must be available weekends and some holidays ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: \*Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for guests while ensuring proper check in \*Verify and collect payments and ensure all procedures are followed \*Promote the Best Western Rewards loyalty program \*Answering multi-line telephones \*Laundry and light cleaning duties \*Complete shift checklists \*Responding to customer complaints with professionalism \*Remain flexible with scheduling MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: \*High school diploma or equivalent required.
