*Description*
Under the direction of the IT End User Support Manager, the primary responsibilities of the *End User Support Engineer* will include implementing, configuring and supporting stable, secure, and efficient End User devices while proactively solving IT issues and supporting end users at all levels.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in enterprise Global End User support.
This candidate will also possess excellent troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn new technologies and procedures.
*Responsibilities:*
* Ability to administer and troubleshoot End User devices and software including workstations, O365, Windows 10, and AD file access permissions.
* Configure and setup hardware for remote employees.
* To be able to think through problems and visualize solutions.
* To quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
* Be Customer Service centric focused as an enabler to business initiatives.
* Assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies.
* Monitors and maintains continuity with software licensing and maintenance agreements for all devices.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

*Requirements*
*Education:* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical/business field.
*Experience and/or Training:*
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on enterprise experience in a global team supporting compute and end users.
* Experience with Dell and Avaya equipment preferred
* High-energy, self-motivated, detailed, well-organized
* A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
* Ability to function within and contribute to a positive, team oriented, continuous learning environment
* Excellent face to face and written communication skills
* Excellent documentation skills
* Ability to prioritize large list of tasks
*Licenses/Certificates:* _Applicable Vendor certifications are a plus_
*Technology/Equipment:* _Strong experience with Dell and Avaya Telecom products and Support services_
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.
