com/ *Office Coordinator Expectations* * During the busy season, you’ll answer as many as 20-40 phone calls daily * You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers through email, text, and calls * You’ll schedule our sales appointments and prevent hiccups from occurring by confirming with the customer as well as ensuring all the relevant information is entered in our systems * You’ll talk with potential customers on the phone and determine if our services are a good fit for their project * You’ll track statistical information using Excel and provide reports to the management team * You’ll create customer invoices in Quickbooks and follow up with their payments * You’ll participate in some bookkeeping activities for the company, including posting payments and deposits and customer audits.
* Customers and crews come from all walks of life, so we expect you to be able to adjust your style to meet that person’s needs… and effectively interpret what they’re saying and communicate our needs.
* Typical office coordination activities, like filing, buying office supplies, etc.
*Office Coordinator Skills and Experience* We’re flexible on the number of years of previous experience for this role.
