Job Id: CMI2JP00011190 Job title: Financial Analyst I Location: Columbus, IN 47201 Duration: 12+ months (Possibility of extension) Pay rate: $22/hr on w2 depending on the experience Description: Must Have: o Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking o Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time o Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses o Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles and reporting of financial data o Previous experience with applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline • REQUIRED Experience: 2 years financial and/or accounting experience Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: o Analyze financial information to support management reports, forecasts, and plans.
o Coordinate customer inquiries and associated processes.
o Prepare journal entries, invoices, and other accounting documentation.
o Supports other daily financial processes such as purchase requisitions and invoicing o Manage project data updates within the Project Planning Tool.
