Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst Bloom, the insurance industry's trusted growth partner, is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual responsible for helping drive financial performance growth through analysis of financial results and development financial forecasts.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can: Help drive accomplishment of financial objectives through analysis of financial results, trends, and accurate forecasting.
Influence decision making process with data driven recommendations.
Develop complex financial models, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards.
Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders in Business Development, Account Management, and Operations.
Work closely with accounting team to ensure compliance of accounting month-end calendar, including accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
Maintain strong financial control environment by identifying opportunities in our current processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively support the external audit of the company's financial statements.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics and/or finance MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred 3+ years of experience in business finance and financial modeling Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services and/or Corporate Development experience preferred Advanced Knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with query/data management tools (Access, Power BI, etc.
